Why It Exists

Most marketing newsletters are noise on a schedule.

This is not that. Every week I take the handful of things that genuinely moved, in paid media, AI search and technical SEO, and write down what they mean for what you should do next. Not a roundup of everyone else's takes, not reheated news. One senior view, plainly stated, that you can act on before lunch.

It goes to founders, marketing leads and the people accountable for the result. Every issue is edited and signed off by me, so what lands is my judgement. If you would rather think than scroll, it will save you an afternoon a week.

How often does it arrive?

Once a week. One considered email, not a daily drip. If a week has nothing worth your time, I would rather send nothing than pad it out.

Who actually writes it?

Nic Crane. I decide what is worth writing about, and every issue is edited and signed off by me before it goes out. It is one senior view, held to my judgement, which is the whole point of it.

Email or LinkedIn?

Whichever you prefer. The same edition goes to inbox subscribers and to the LinkedIn newsletter, and it is published here on the site. Pick the one you already read.

Will you share or sell my email?

No. It is used only to send you the briefing, it is never shared, and you can unsubscribe in one click. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
